I am returning to my roots with a block of landsknechts who are on the assembly line together with the detachment of Gaulish warriors. Great fun for change. I am playing around with actually painting the slashes and stripes or using dry brushing. And with my new bifocals it is possible to hold much better posture when painting, since I don't need to peek over my glasses. Now the limit of detail is still the dexterity of my fingers.
Paluu juurille pienen knehtilohkon muodossa. Työn alla kahden galliporukan rinnalla. Vaihtoehtoina raitojen maalausta tai kuivaharjaamalla kontrasti värillä tuoda yksityiskohtia esiin. Mukavaa vaihtelua pitkästä aikaa - huomasin että gallien inspiraatio alkoi hiipua. Uudet kaksiteholasit auttavat maalauksen ergonomiassa huomattavan paljon. Tarkkuuden rajana on nyt käsien näppäryys.
